After having a bad experience with a Realtor some time ago, we were hesitant to go the “realty” route. I wanted to take a moment during the holiday season and reflect on all the things that I have been blessed with over the year. I wanted to let you all know that you are on my gratitude list. Buying a home can be extremely stressful, but the constant attention to detail that you all take with all your clients really makes you feel so comfortable! We went to one Realtor after another and none of them were able to sell our home. They gladly listed our home but did not really do anything more after that. My husband, Terry, and I have been married for 35 years and recently purchased our 8th home, six of which were in Austin. All our previous homes were brand new construction - we had never owned an 'older' home. After moving from Austin to Frisco in 2002 to be closer to married children, grandchildren begin to arrive and we decided we needed out of the traffic up north and more accessibility to babies, jobs, etc. Our search for an older home in our price range was frustrating because of all the problems they seemed to bring with them. We can't say enough nice things about Team Baglietto! We worked with Bridget Clark, a buyer's agent for Mark & Cindy, and she was VERY patient with all our questions and concerns. After about 8-10 weeks and 3 contracts, we finally struck a deal on a home in Carrollton. It was a difficult deal to close due to all the repairs that needed to be done. Bridget stuck with the process and followed through to make sure our needs were met and everyone was satisfied at the end. At the same time, we had our house in Frisco listed with Mark & Cindy. We have dealt with lots of realtors in Austin and 1 other one in the Metroplex, and have never seen anything like the treatment we received from this office. Every single aspect of our experience was first class - from the detailed market analysis to price our home competitively, to the final inspection and closing processes, they are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Deanna is the glue that holds everybody together - so many details to attend to and she never misses a beat!
