DeAnna Gibson, GRI – Listing & Transaction Coordinator
DeAnna has been a vital part of Team Baglietto since 2003. She has been licensed and active in the local real estate market since 1984; giving her the necessary experience, knowledge and ability that are required to handle customer needs with excellence. DeAnna is a well-seasoned closing coordinator involved with each transaction to ensure that all parties comply with contract contingencies and that special provisions and timelines are met. She tracks the status of loans, appraisals, surveys, title commitments and coordinates inspections and repairs. Another important focus is the daily monitoring of showings and feedback response from other agents on our listings. She is also responsible for meeting advertising deadlines in various publications. DeAnna’s high energy level and detail oriented nature is essential in the fast paced world of real estate. She also loves her job. |

She understands all the different responsibilities and pressure that life today demands. She is dedicated to making your home buying experience a wonderfully smooth process.
Dody and her family have lived in Florida, California and North Carolina when her husband was serving proudly in the United States Marine Corps. They now reside in Frisco and see their selves as proud Texans! She received her BS in Communication with a minor in Marketing from Florida State University.

Sarah Millecker– Administrative Assistant
Sarah Millecker is the assistant for Team Baglietto and has been working for us for about 3 years. Besides the general office duties, Sarah is also responsible for helping with our marketing, advertising and special projects. You’ll also see Sarah around town in the Team Baglietto Jeep delivering graphics, signs, lockboxes, ect. Sarah attends that University of North Texas and is majoring in accounting. In her leisure time, she enjoys going to the movies with friends and spending time with her family.
